Can you customize the design?
Yes. Send artwork, colors, motifs, names, messages, or reference images so the project can be reviewed.
Can you work from our artwork?
Share brand files and placement notes in the RFQ. File readiness affects the review path.
What materials are available?
The current catalog includes materials such as cotton, polyester, nylon, wool blend, fleece, and coral fleece where listed. Final material choice is confirmed per project.
Can you help optimize cost?
Yes. Design complexity, color count, packaging, assortment, and material direction can be reviewed against the buyer's budget target.
Can I request samples?
Use the RFQ to describe the style, quantity, artwork status, and destination. Sample path and timing require project-specific confirmation.
Can you customize colors?
Send target colors or reference photos. Some catalog rows include color notes; final color requirements should be confirmed in the RFQ.
Can you customize packaging?
Packaging, labels, hang tags, gift packs, and assortment needs can be included in the RFQ for review.
